ASSEMBLE. TIGHTEN. CONNECT.
Thanks to Prefab, building is standardized, economical and flexible.

PREFAB stands for 'prefabricated' …

… meaning 'industrially prefabricated'. In other words, the entire sanitary wall is planned to size in the factory, precisely manufactured and then delivered to the construction site ready for connection. This is much quicker and safer than complete manual assembly on site. After all, a lot of individual parts have to be installed: Pre-wall elements, WC cisterns, washbasin elements, shut-off valves, water meters, ventilation, water and waste water pipes.
Everything is already in or on.

  • individually prefabricated installation systems
  • use of standard-compliant, high-quality products
  • cost-optimized thanks to short installation times
  • precision in planning, on-site measurement and construction site delivery
  • optimal planning for cost savings

For the highest demands

Prefab installation systems can be found wherever high efficiency, quality and yet individuality in construction are required. In new builds and refurbishments – in projects with many units and similar floor plans, such as …

  • residential buildings and hotels
  • nursing homes and hospitals
  • offices and public buildings
  • schools and kindergardens

THE PROCESS

From the quotation and order, through planning, production and delivery, to installation, approval and the success of the construction project.

PHASE  1

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS

What is important for your project? What criteria are important? What are the local conditions like?

In a detailed preliminary discussion, our project management team uses a checklist to collate the most important requirements of your project. We then create detailed descriptions. This creates your individual requirements profile. This thorough preliminary work minimises the effort required for subsequent changes.

Phase 2

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We plan and design your customised INEO PROFIL installation systems based on your requirements profile.

This customised concept is the basis for your decision to place an order with us.

Phase 2

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We plan and design your customised Prefab installation systems based on your requirements profile.

This customised concept is the basis for your decision: placing the order with us.

Phase 3

PRODUCTION PLANNING

As soon as the order is placed, we start with the production planning. During an on-site inspection, we check whether all the dimensions are correct.

For example, the size of the shafts or the height and width of the access routes. The final adjustments are made. We also clarify how delivery and unloading will take place.

Once this information has been determined, we create a production drawing for each of the planned assemblies.

Phase 4

APPROVAL OF EXECUTION DRAWING

Everything correct?

Together with the contractor, we thoroughly check all production drawings.

After this final check, they can be authorised.
