Get to know our trainers…
Training young professionals has a high value and tradition at SANIT because we train for a career within our company.
At two locations (Eisenberg and Rödental), our trainees are accompanied and supported on their path into professional life by a total of 9 trainers.
Thanks to the two national locations and the international competence center, our junior staff are equipped with proven German quality work combined with the latest innovations from around the world for an ideal career start.

Hannah is a 1st year apprentice in the administration department.
Here she learns from her mentor Michael Höbbel what everyday life as an
industrial clerk is like.
She passes through various stations in the administration department to familiarise herself with the complex tasks and friendly colleagues.

Brian completed his apprenticeship in the injection moulding with mentor Max Frühauf. In August 2024, he successfully passed his final examination to become an elastomeric technologist, making the leap from apprentice to team member.

Henning is in the 2nd year of his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk.
As part of his training, mentor Michael Höbbel lets his protégé get a taste of the various administrative departments in order to gain a comprehensive insight into the day-to-day running of the company and ultimately find his place at SANIT.

Volker Hasenohr has been working at SANIT for 19 years now. He began his career at the company as an apprentice, where his potential was recognized and encouraged, enabling him to progress. Today, he is not only proud to be the plant manager of the Eisenberg site, but also to work in a company that gives people opportunities.
