Whether you want to spend time with your family, doing sports, or traveling: We know how important a balance to work is. For this, we create the appropriate framework conditions.
We want you to be happy. With our flexible working time models, additional vacation, and the option to also work remotely, we give you the necessary freedom for your life.
SPECIFICALLY:
• 38-hour week
• Flexible / working time account: Accumulated overtime is saved for you in a time account. You can compensate this time with leisure.
• Mobile working: With us, you can comfortably work remotely up to 2 days per week
• 27 vacation days: Your vacation days increase with your length of service. After 3 years of service, you receive 29 vacation days and after a total of 5 years, you receive 30 vacation days.
• Paid days off on Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve: You do not have to plan a vacation day for 24.12. and 31.12. with us. We give you these days as days off.
• Company shutdown: Between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as well as on bridge days, no one works with us. Through timely notification to all employees, you can reliably plan your vacation.
• Part-time work models: Under certain conditions, you can also work part-time with us.
• Continuous vacation of 3 weeks possible: Your recovery is especially important to us. That is why we support you if you want to optimally arrange your vacation.
• Special leave: With us, you have the opportunity to also have the appropriate time off for significant occasions. Therefore, for example, we guarantee you additional vacation days for moving, weddings, company anniversaries.
