Get to know our trainers…
Training young professionals has a high value and tradition at SANIT because we train for a career within our company.
At two locations (Eisenberg and Rödental), our trainees are accompanied and supported on their path into professional life by a total of 9 trainers.
Thanks to the two national locations and the international competence center, our junior staff are equipped with proven German quality work combined with the latest innovations from around the world for an ideal career start.

Hannah ist Azubi im 1. Lehrjahr in der Verwaltung.
Hier lernt sie bei Ausbilder Michael Höbbel wie der Alltag als Industriekauffrau aussieht.
Dabei durchläuft sie verschiedenen Stationen in der Verwaltung, um die vielschichtigen Aufgaben und die netten Kollegen kennenzulernen.

Brian hat seine Ausbildung in der Spritzerei bei Ausbilder Max Frühauf gemacht. Im August 2024 legte er seine Abschlussprüfung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen erfolgreich ab und machte somit den Sprung vom Azubi zum Teammitglied.

Henning ist im 2. Lehrjahr seiner Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann.
Im Rahmen seiner Ausbildung lässt Ausbilder Michael Höbbel seinen Schützling in die verschiedenen Abteilungen der Verwaltung schnuppern, um einen umfassenden Einblick in den Unternehmensalltag zu gewinnen und final seinen Platz bei SANIT zu finden.

Sebastian Dauer ist seit mehr als 25 Jahren Teil von SANIT und fühlt sich nach wie vor glücklich.

Volker Hasenohr arbeitet seit nun schon 19 Jahren bei SANIT. Er begann seine Laufbahn im Unternehmen als Auszubildender, wo sein Potential erkannt und gefördert wurde, sodass er sich stetig weiterentwickeln konnte. Heute ist er nicht nur stolz darauf Werksleiter des Standortes Eisenberg zu sein, sondern in einem Unternehmen zu arbeiten, dass Menschen Chancen gibt.
