• 38-hour week
• Flextime / Working Time Account: Accumulated overtime hours are saved for you in a time account. You can compensate for this time with free time.
• Mobile Working: With us, you can relax and work mobile up to 2 days a week
• 27 vacation days: Your vacation days also increase with your length of service. After 3 years of service, you will receive 29 vacation days and after a total of 5 years you will receive 30 days of vacation.
• Paid free day on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve: With us, you don't have to plan a day off for December 24th and December 31st. We give you these days as free days.
• Company Closure: Between Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve as well as on bridge days, no one works for us. By notifying all employees in good time, you can reliably plan your vacation.
• Part-time work models: Under certain conditions, you can also work part-time with us.
• Continuous vacation of 3 weeks possible: Your recovery is particularly important to us. That's why we stand behind you when you want to make the most of your vacation.
• Special leave: With us, you have the opportunity to have the appropriate free time for important occasions. Therefore, we guarantee you additional vacation days, for example, for moving, weddings, company anniversaries.
